As the Executive Director of the National Guard Association of Florida (NGA-FL), I would like to develop a partnership between our state association and corporate members to generate support for products that enhance the readiness of over 10,000 members of the Army and Air National Guard. I envision greater dialogue between our association and our corporate associates, particularly in regard to key procurement issues. We have developed a corporate “Ring of Honor” program to provide our corporate sponsors an additional avenue to support NGA-FL and its members. Participants in this program can join at the platinum plus, platinum, gold, silver or bronze level and receive special recognition and privilege. It includes the exhibit fee at our annual state conference. We are excited about this program as it allows us to strengthen our relationship with our corporate sponsors.

Membership in the Corporate Ring of Honor provides marketing information and preferred registration at events such as:

  • The NGA-FL Annual Conference and Golf Tournament
  • Ring of Honor Reception with the TAG and Senior Leaders
  • Company advertised on the NGAFL Web Site and Face Book
  • Scholarship Awarded in Corporate Name

We anticipate having over 1000 Florida Guardsmen and family members at this event. Should you choose not to join our Ring of Honor Program but would like to be an exhibitor at the conference, the cost will be $1,000.00 for the weekend, which includes the booth rental and the coffee breaks, (golf and food functions will be extra). If you plan to attend, please return the enclosed registration form with the names of all individuals attending and any requirements that you made need. We have changed our exhibit hours. Friday from 2-5pm. We will have the official ribbon cutting at 5:30pm followed by a reception until 7:30 pm.  On Saturday the exhibit hall will be open from 7:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. with breakfast and lunch being served in the exhibit hall.

The Annual Conference will officially open with our Ring of Honor dinner Thursday night. Friday morning we will  have a golf tournament at the LPGA starting at 7:30 am.  We will have Hospitality Night Friday and Saturday Evenings for everyone to enjoy. Throughout Saturday we will conduct our business sessions, breakout sessions and exhibits, Saturday Evening will conclude with a formal awards banquet.
