The name of this Association is "National Guard Officers Association of Florida, Inc.", hereinafter referred to as the "Association".

PROPOSED NAME CHANGE: The name should be changed to “The National Guard Association of Florida, Inc.. Which consist of National Guard Officers and National Guard Enlisted personnel.
